NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, FL intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on or about 20 June 2024. The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, full and open competition. The delivery date will be before December 31, 2024. The purpose of this acquisition is to provide One (1) HAAS VF-3SS Milling Center or equal and One (1) HAAS ST-35LY Axis CNC Lathe or equal for Southeast Regional Maintenance Center Naval Station Mayport. The contractor shall provide all supplies in accordance with (IAW) the Description of Requirement (DOR). The RFQ will include instructions for preparation of price quotes, the DOR, and evaluation criteria. It is the responsibility of interested parties to register Contracting Opportunities to download the synopsis, solicitation and subsequent amendments and all attachments. Offerors are encouraged to review the referenced websites frequently for updates. No paper copies of the RFQ, attachments or amendments will be provided. No solicitation mailing list will be issued. Only email requests for clarification to the Contract Specialist are acceptable. No phone call communications or personal office visits with NAVSUP FLCJAX or internal or external customers regarding issues or question pertaining this procurement will be accepted for the duration of the solicitation, evaluation and award process.
