NAVSUP Fleet Logistic Center Jacksonville Florida intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) on or about 31 May 2024. The solicitation will be issued as 100% small business set-aside. The Delivery day will be 8 to 12 weeks after receipt of order (ARO). The PSC code is 6140. The NAICS code is 335910, with 1,250 employees. The purpose of this acquisition is to provide three (3) Industrial Forklift Batteries for SUPSHIP Detachment Pascagoula. The Contractor shall provide all supplies in accordance with (IAW) the Description of Requirement (DOR). The RFQ will include instructions for preparation of price quotes, the DOR, and evaluation criteria. It is the responsibility of interested parties to register with Contracting Opportunities to download the synopsis, solicitation, and subsequent amendments and all attachments. Offerors are encouraged to review the referenced websites frequently for updates. No paper copies of the RFQ, attachments, or amendments will be provided. No solicitation mailing list will be issued. Only email request for clarification to Purchasing Agent are acceptable. No phone call communications or personal office visits with NAVSUP FLCJAX or internal or external customers regarding issues or questions pertaining to this procurement will be accepted for the duration of the solicitation, evaluation, and award process.
