NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, FL intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on or about 22 May 2024 for 15 (QTY) APX 6000 UHF R1 MHZ Model 2.5 Portable Radios for the NAVAL SURFACE GROUP SOUTHEAST, Jacksonville, FL. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The RFQ will result in the award of a firm-fixed priced purchase order. The requirement is for 15 (QTY) APX 6000 UHF R1 MHZ Model 2.5 Portable Radios to include add-ons and accessories listed on Description of Requirement (DOR), to communicate between personnel on the Emergency Support Operations Center (ESOC) and the piers during emergency operations. The radios are required for communication and operational efficiency, to include any urgent/emergency response actions and is compatible with the Navy communications system. Required supplies shall be new and shall meet OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) specifications. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 334220 with a small business size standard of 1,250. The RFQ will be available on or about 22 May 2024 on Contract Opportunities via https://www.sam.gov. The RFQ will include instructions for preparation of price quotes, the DOR, and evaluation criteria. It is the responsibility of interested parties to use Contract Opportunities to download the synopsis, solicitation and subsequent amendments and all attachments. Offerors are encouraged to review the referenced websites frequently for updates. No paper copies of the RFQ, attachments or amendments will be provided. No solicitation mailing list will be issued.
