NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, FL intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on or about 14 May 2024 for home health aide services for Special Category Residents on Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The RFQ will result in the award of a firm-fixed price indefinite-delivery, indefinitequantity (IDIQ) contract, with a period of performance of five years. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing home health activities of daily life, program management, and licensed clinical social work support.
