This is a non-personal services contract to provide 3M (Maintenance and Material Management) Technician Maintenance and User Operational Support Services to units under Commander, Naval Construction Group Two (NCG2). The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. NCG2 has a requirement for 3M Command Communications Computers and Intelligence (C4I) Maintenance Technicians to support the systems and supporting equipment identified herein,whose functions will include user operational work, 3M subject matter expert consultation, help desk support, and limited user instruction for: a. Four (4) Naval Mobile Construction Battalions (NMCB) b. Two (2) Regiments c. One (1) Underwater Construction Team (UCT) d. Two (2) Naval Construction Group Two
