NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, FL intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on or about 09 November 2023 for Portable Toilet Rentals and Servicing, for the Corry Station Complex and Naval Air Station Pensacola, FL. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The RFQ will result in the award of a firm-fixed priced purchase order and will contain a period of performance that consists of a (1) one-year base period with four (4) one-year option periods and six (6) month extension in accordance with FAR 52.217-8, if necessary. The requirement is for Portable Toilet Rentals and Servicing, including handwashing stations which will be emptied, cleaned, and treated to eliminate any odors between normal servicing. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 562991 with a small business size standard of $9M. The RFQ will be available on or about 09 September 2023 on Contract Opportunities via https://www.sam.gov. The RFQ will include instructions for preparation of price quotes, the PWS, and evaluation criteria. It is the responsibility of interested parties to use Contract Opportunities to download the synopsis, solicitation and subsequent amendments and any attachments. Offerors are encouraged to review the referenced websites frequently for updates. No paper copies of the RFQ, attachments or amendments will be provided. No solicitation mailing list will be issued.
