The solicitation will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The RFQ will result in the award of a firm-fixed price indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract, with a period of performance of five years. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing home health activities of daily life, program management, and licensed clinical social work support.
