This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE for Market Research purposes ONLY. This information will be used to determine the availability of Contractors capable of meeting the Government’s minimum requirements. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Jacksonville, FL is issuing this Sources Sought Notice to determine whether there are potentially qualified firms capable of providing overhaul maintenance services for two (2) Bauer K42 High Pressure Air Compressors (HPAC) in accordance with the Bauer Operator Equipment Maintenance Manual in support of Naval Station Guantanamo Bay (NSGB). This notice does not constitute a Request for Quote. The intent of this notice is to identify potential Offerors for market research purposes and to determine if there are qualified firms able to fulfill this requirement. NAICS Code: 488390, Other Support Activities for Water Transportation Description/Scope of Work: See the attached DRAFT Statement of Work. It is anticipated that any resulting solicitation will be for a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), with a Product Service Code (PSC) of J019, and NAICS Code of 488390. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Responses to this Sources Sought Notice shall not exceed three (3) pages and shall be prepared using Times New Roman font no smaller than12 point. The technical capabilities statement shall include: A cover page containing the Company’s Name, Address, CAGE Code, SAM Unique Entity ID (UEI), Years in Business, Affiliate Information, Parent Company, Joint Venture Partners, NAICS Code 488390, BUSINESS SIZE/SOCIO-ECONOMIC Status, Government Business Point-of-Contact Name, Phone Number, and Email Address. In addition, state whether or not you are certified by Bauer to provide the overhaul services. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this Sources Sought Notice or any follow-up information requests. No telephone calls requesting a solicitation package will be accepted, as this is not a solicitation. To protect the integrity of any future procurement, if any, that may arise from this announcement, information regarding the Government Point of Contact will not be provided and no appointments for presentation will be made.
