NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Jacksonville, FL is issuing this Sources Sought Notice to determine whether there are potentially qualified firms capable of providing five (5) TAA Compliant SBID-6486S-V3-P 6000S (V3) Pro Series - 86" LED-backlit LCD display - 4K SMART Boards in support of Commander Naval Surface Group, Southeast (CNSG-SE) at Naval Station Mayport, Florida. This notice does not constitute a Request for Quote. The intent of this notice is to identify potential Offerors for market research purposes and to determine if there are qualified firms able to fulfill this requirement. NAICS Code: 334118, Computer Terminal and Other Computer Peripheral Equipment Manufacturing Description/Scope of Work: See the attached DRAFT Description of Requirements. It is anticipated that any resulting solicitation will be for a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), with a Product Service Code (PSC) of 7E20, and NAICS Code of 334118. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Responses to this Sources Sought Notice shall not exceed five (5) pages and shall be prepared using Times New Roman font no smaller than 12 point. The technical capabilities statement shall include: 1. A cover page containing the Company's Name, Address, CAGE Code, SAM Unique Entity ID (UEI), Years in Business, Affiliate Information, Parent Company, Joint Venture Partners, NAICS Code 334118, BUSINESS SIZE/SOCIO-ECONOMIC Status, Government Business Point-of-Contact Name, Phone Number, and Email Address. 2. Provide information in sufficient detail regarding previous experience (indicate whether as a prime contractor or subcontractor) on similar requirements (size, scope, complexity, timeframe, Government or commercial), and pertinent certifications that will facilitate making a capability determination. Vendors are encouraged to provide concise responses to the above capability questions/statements. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this Sources Sought Notice or any follow-up information requests. No telephone calls requesting a solicitation package will be accepted, as this is not a solicitation. To protect the integrity of any future procurement, if any, that may arise from this announcement, information regarding the Government Technical Point of Contact (GTPOC) will not be provided and no appointments for presentation will be made.
