NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, FL intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on or about 11 August 2023 for LHA 8. LHA 8 has a shipboard requirement for Quarterdeck material to support their operations at the Subship Detachment, Pascagoula. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The RFQ will result in the award of a firm-fixed priced procurement. The requirement is for Quarterdeck material. The initial ceremonial requirement includes the following: Three 24”X 24” X 48” inches overall ceremonial podiums - made of solid brown mahogany stained wood, with command crest centered in front, to include covers. Vender to ensure custom fit. Two 80” X 48” inches overall command photo boards - Command photo boards made of solid brown mahogany stained wood, to include gold polished letters spelling out “USS BOUGAINVILLE (LHA 8) centered at top boards and “Fighting 8” centered at the bottom of the boards. Also including three 8x10 inch picture frames, centered at the top of the photo board, with permanent title name plates (CO, XO, CMC) centered on top of the picture frames, and interchangeable name plates beneath the picture frames. And to include US Navy and US Marine Corps crests centered on either side of the triad photos. Boards to also include two rows of 8 each 5x7 inch frames (16 total) centered top and bottom, left and right, with interchangeable titles name plates below the frames. All frames to have slotted tops. To include easels. Approximate size 80” wide by 48 “tall. One Flag Stand 18”W X 30”L X 20”H inches overall - One mahogany stained Flag stand to include crossed anchors, with 5 holes, and USS RICHARD M MCCOOL in gold lettering. Cross anchor top needs to be removable for storage. Bottom box will have 2 levels. Bottom level will have “LHA 8” in gold letters centered. Top level will have “USS BOUGAINVILLE” centered in gold letters. To also include gold polished handles affixed to top level in order to carry bottom portion. Approximate size: 18"W X 30"L X 20"H. Two Bellstand, Box and Trestle 4’H X 2’W inches overall - Ceremonial cabinet style bell stands with 8” brass bell included. Made of solid brown mahogany stained wood, 1 piece construction. To include ships’ crest made of gold polished metal centered on bottom portion of bell stand. With black with brass outlined plaque with ship’s construction, keel laying, and commissioning information centered under the ships crest on one of the two bell stands and “Fighting Eight” centered under the other bell stands crest. Approximate Size: 4 feet tall x 2 feet wide. Eight Ceremonial Bullets 36 inch - Decorative ceremonial bullets, 36 inches tall, made of solid brown mahogany stained wood with brass heads. Five Flag Poles 7 feet tall X 2-3 inches circumference - 7ft tall by 2-3in circumference, two-piece interchangeable style flag poles made of mahogany stained wood to match other QD materials. Joined by a gold screw joint. To include brass spear-style toppers, crew joint, and bottom ferrule. Eight Bullet Covers, Blue - Navy Blue weather-resistant covers made with soft felt lining with draw string clinch on bottom to tighten around 36” tall ceremonial bullets. Vender to ensure custom fit. Two Ceremonial Red Carpet - Ceremonial red carpets, 4ft wide x 12ft long. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 337211 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The RFQ will be available on or about 11 August 2023 on Contract Opportunities via https://www.sam.gov. The RFQ will include instructions for preparation of price quotes, the DOR, and evaluation criteria.
