NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, FL intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on or about 07 September 2023 for Director of Music accompanist services for the Naval Air Station Corpus Christi. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside to include non-profit organizations in accordance with DFARS 219.270-2. The RFQ will result in the award of a firm-fixed priced purchase order and will contain a period of performance that consists of a (1) one-year base period with four (4) one-year option periods and six (6) month extension in accordance with FAR 52.217-8, if necessary. The requirement is for a Director of Music accompanist to provide inspirational music in support of the Civilian Religious Ministry (CRP) and to provide professional recommendations for the musical program to the presiding chaplain or Civilian Religious Ministry Provider (CRMP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 813110 with a small business size standard of $13M. The RFQ will be available on or about 07 September 2023 on Contract Opportunities via https://www.sam.gov. The RFQ will include instructions for preparation of price quotes, the PWS, and evaluation criteria. It is the responsibility of interested parties to use Contract Opportunities to download the synopsis, solicitation and subsequent amendments and any attachments. Offerors are encouraged to review the referenced websites frequently for updates. No paper copies of the RFQ, attachments or amendments will be provided. No solicitation mailing list will be issued. System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov registration is mandatory and all offerors must be listed as a small business or non-profit under NAICS Code 813110. ONLY email requests for clarification to the Contract Specialist are acceptable. No phone call communications or personal office visits with NAVSUP FLCJAX or its internal or external customers regarding issues or questions pertaining to this procurement will be accepted for the duration of the solicitation, evaluation and award process.
