This solicitation is being issued under the authority of FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The Navy Unaccompanied Housing (UH) requires the replacement of existing locks with Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) designated brand name dormakaba RFID e-Lock Systems. The specific locations are multiple buildings in the Commander Navy Region, Southeast, including Naval Support Facility (NSF) Beaufort, Kings Bay Naval Submarine Base, Eglin Air Force Base (AFB), Naval Air Station (NAS) Meridian, NAS Pensacola and Corry Station. The solicitation (N6883623Q0264) is set-aside 100 percent for small business. SAM registration is mandatory. Only e-mail requests for clarification to the contract specialists are acceptable.
