The purpose of this acquisition is to provide quarterdeck ceremonial gear such as, ceremonial podiums, command photo boards, flag stand, flagpole, ceremonial bullets, bell stands, bullet covers, and ceremonial red carpets for USS Richard M. McCool Jr. The Contractor shall provide all supplies in accordance with the Description of Requirements (DOR). The RFQ will include instructions for preparation of price quotes, the DOR, an evaluation criteria. It is the responsibility of interested parties to register with Contract Opportunities to download the synopsis, solicitation, and subsequent amendments and all attachments. Quoters are encouraged to review the referenced websites frequently for updates. No paper copies of the RFQ, attachments, or amendments will be provided. No solicitation mailing list will be issued. ONLY email requests for clarification to the Contract Specialist are acceptable. No phone call communications or personal office visits with NAVSUP FLC Jacksonville or its internal or external customers regarding issues or questions pertaining to this procurement will be accepted for the duration of the solicitation, evaluation, and award process.
