Repairs will take place at the contractor’s factory. Once rewind and re-dip is complete and unit is shipped back to TRIDENT Refit Facility (TRF), a technician will be onsite to perform start-up of the RFC75 for two (2) days at TRF. Specific Repairs: Send the MG assembly to PSC Separate from the Skid and put back together PSC Separates the MG and sends for rewind Rewind and dipping of the motor rotor, motor exciter stator, exciter rotor, generator stator, generator rotor, generator exciter stator and exciter rotor Removes enclosure from base, prep base, enclosure and cabinet for repaint, paint base, enclosure and controls, apply decals and reinstall enclosure on base PSC reassembles and verifies operation Preps and delivers back TRF Kings Bay 2 day on-site Start-up
