The purpose of this acquisition is to provide Naval Station Guantanamo Bay (NSGB), Cuba Unaccompanied Housing with KABA ILCO brand locks and associated parts to replace exisiting KABA locks. Justification for the use of Brand Name KABA ILCO lock system is attached. Shipping of all required parts shall be made to the port at Blount Island (Jacksonville), Florida for barge follow-on shipment to NSGB, Cuba. The solicitation (N6883623Q0088) is set-aside 100% for small business. SAM registration is mandatory. Only e-mail requests for clarification to the contract specialists are acceptable. The del... NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, Florida intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) on or about 22 February 2023. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The delivery date of all requested supplies is 18 Weeks After Receipt of Order (ARO). The PSC Code is 5340. The NAICS Code is 332510, with a size standard of 750 employees. The purpose of this acquisition is to provide Naval Station Guantanamo Bay (NSGB), Cuba Unaccompanied Housing with replacement of existing KABA ILCO electronic stand-alone locking system parts. Supplies shall be shipped to Blount Island, FL for barge transportation to NSGB. Commander, Naval Installation Command (CNIC) has designated brand name KABA ILCO electronic stand-alone locking system as the only authorized system. The Contractor shall provide all supplies in accordance with (IAW) the Description of Requirements (DOR). SAM registration is mandatory. The RFQ will include instructions for preparation of price quotes, the DOR, and evaluation criteria.
