Revise CLIN 0001 Extended Description stating MAY 03, 2023 THROUGH MAY 05, 2023 to MAY 05, 2023 THROUGH MAY 07, 2023. 4. Revise the Period of Performance for CLIN 0001. 5. The purpose of this contract is to procure lodging, meals, and conference space for Chaplains Religious Enrichment Development Operation Southeast (CREDO SE) to conduct a Marriage Enrichment Retreats (MER) and a Personnel Resilience Retreat (PRR) at a property no less than 115 miles and no greater than 150 miles of Gulfport, MS. Three (3) Marriage Enrichment Retreats are required. The dates for retreats are: 03-05 MAY 2023 09-11 JUN 2023 25-27 AUG 2023 One (1) Personnel Resilience Retreat (PRR) is required during the period of 15-17 SEP 2023.
