The purpose of this solicitation is to secure facilities, resources, and meals in order to conduct Chaplins Religious Enrichment Development Operations (CREDO SE) retreats located near a property no less than 115 miles and no greater than 150 miles of NAS Jacksonville, FL.. These services will provide specialized ministry and support services for military members (activeduty,and reservists in an active status) and their eligible dependents. CREDO SE retreats are conducted from Friday evening through Sunday noon (approx. 48 hours in duration).
