The purpose of this solicitation is to secure facilities, resources, and meals in order to conduct Chaplins Religious Enrichment Development Operations (CREDO SE) retreats located near a beachfront property within 100 miles commuting distance North or South from: NAS Jacksonville. These services will provide specialized ministry and support services for military members (activeduty,and reservists in an active status) and their eligible dependents.
