A virtual reality platform software already deployed and in use within another branch of service in the Department of Defense (DoD) and has a demonstrable record of performance in meeting users’ needs over the short and long-term. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, safety equipment, and any other items necessary for the successful implementation of the virtual reality software system and associated hardware.
