To provide Portable Toilets and Hand Washing Stations for the NAVSTA MYPT Security Department Watch-Standers. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the service providers performing the services herein. Such service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. Contractor is to furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation, tools, supervision, and any other items necessary to provide for the rental, maintenance and sanitary servicing (cleaning), and restocking of each portable toilet and each hand washing station. The Contractor shall be prepared to react and accomplish additional requirements that are related to changes or additions to number of portable toilets and wash stations required. This PWS conveys the basic requirements, performance standards and assessment measures that will apply to this purchase order.
