The required set up, removal, and disposal of approximately 40,000 gallons of waste diesel fuel oil to be offloaded from the USS Georgia SSGN 729 NFO Tank at the Kings Bay Georgia Refit Facility. The diesel fuel from the NFO Tank is mixed with sea water. The vessel will pressurize the NFO Tank with water to provide flow through the Tank outlet. Contractor shall provide a pump to connect with the outlet to increase flow rate. Ship requires a flow rate of 25 gallons per minute to accomplish the offload in 40 hours over a 5-Day period.
