The proposed contract action is to provide service sustainment and maintenance renewal for the existing Government owned equipment Callware Technologies, Callegra UC version 6.14 JITC SP1RU3 Unified Voice Messaging and Auto Attendant System and to ensure continuous voicemail/auto attendant capabilities are available to support resident and tenant commands/organizations within the AOR of NCTAMS LANT N9 Jacksonville BCO Division, specifically, Naval Hospital (NAVHOSP), NAS Jacksonville FL, Naval Station (NS) Mayport FL, and Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE). Quoter MUST be an authorized reseller of Callware Technologies and provide documentation that is authenticated. Technicians must have experience working with Callware hardware equipment, software applications, telecommunications system and networks.
