NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, Florida requires Household Goods Shipment services in support of NAVSUP FLCJ Joint Personal Property Shipping Office Southeast (JPPSO-SE) with Direct Procurement Method (DPM) to cover Department of Defense (DoD) personnel who are transferring on PCS/TDY/TAD, retirement, separation or housing orders. The base period of performance commencing on or abour 01 December 2022 will be for 12 months with one 12-month option period and three (3) six-month option periods and an additional six-months under the FAR Clause 52.217-8 ( if deemed necessary). ESTIMATED QUANTITIES (Bid Schedule) are listed beginning on page 98 of the attached SF1449. The FSC Code is V0003. The NAICS Code is 484210, with a size standard of $30M. Work is divided into 3 Schedules - outbound, inbound, and intra city. Offerors will be required to provide separate pricing for each schedule. Contract will be awarded to one Contractor. Each schedule has specific roles and responsibilities in accordance with Defense Transportation Regulation (DTR) – Part IV, personal property. In general, the Contractor will be responsible to furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services, and materials for the preparation of personal property of DoD personnel for shipment and/or storage and related services through the Direct Procurement Method (DPM). The attached RFQ includes instructions for preparation of quotes, the Performance Work Statement, and evaluation criteria. It is the responsibility of interested parties to register with SAM.gov to download the solicitation, and subsequent amendments and all attachments. Offerors are encouraged to review the referenced websites frequently for updates. No paper copies of the RFQ, attachments, or amendments will be provided. No solicitation mailing list will be issued. SAM registration is mandatory. Only e-mail requests for clarification to the contract specialists are acceptable. No phone call communications or personal office visits with FLCJ or its internal or external customers regarding issues or questions pertaining to this procurement will be accepted for the duration of the solicitation, evaluation, and award process.
