The Air Show will be held October 22-23. The sound system shall be delivered on the morning of October 21, 2022 and the vendor shall remove the sound system at NLT 1000 on October 24, 2022. Breakdown can also began after the end of the airshow on October 23, 2022. The sound system will be utilized by the performers and audience for 2022 Naval Air Station Jacksonville’s Air Show. Provide all functions of sound services for the Naval Air Station Jacksonville Air Show. Services shall include, but not be limited to, supply, transport, setup and storage of all required equipment. Equipment shall be sufficient to provide professional and adequate sound amplification along the crowd line 1500 ft. and two designated VIP areas. This amplification shall be free from major sound echoes and distortion within the crowd area and allow spectators to distinctly hear music, radio transmissions and speech from the announcer/narrator.
