The NAVSUP Command Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville is tasked to solicit, award a Firm-Fixe Price contract for Contract Facilitators to support Chaplain Religious Enrichment Development Operation. The request for quotation (RFQ) will be issued as a total small business set-aside. All responsible small businesses with the experience and qualifications required by the solicitation may submit a quote to be considered by the agency. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 813110, Religious Organizations with a small business size standard of 8.0M. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. Each offer shall be in the form prescribed by, and shall contain a response to, each of the areas identified in the solicitation provisions. The type of source selection utilized in this procurement is the Best Value Trade-Off IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Contractors will be required to submit an offer which includes price, technical and past performance. The Government considers it to be in its best interest to allow consideration of award to other than the lowest priced offer or other than the highest technically rated offer.
