Parts must be compatible with the model and serial number. Model Number for the Forklift is LKSB10K, and the Serial Number is LK88359. The period of performance shall be for a Base Period of Three months: 12 September 2022 through 12 December 2022. The work to be performed under this contract will be performed at the contractors facility.
