This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a separate written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued under the authority of FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The purpose of this acquisition is to provide Naval Station Mayport Unaccompanied Housing with replacement of existing lock system with Commander, Naval Installation Command (CNIC) designated brandname KABA ILCO electronic stand-alone locking system. The specific location for this requirement are at the Naval Station Mayport Unaccompanied Housing building 2105, Jacksonville, FL. The solicitation (N6883622Q0361) is set-aside 100% for small business. SAM registration is mandatory. Only e-mail requests for clarification to the contract specialists are acceptable. No phone call communications or personal office visits with FLCJ or its internal or external customers regarding issues or questions pertaining to this procurement will be accepted for the duration of the solicitation, evaluation, and award process.
