The solicitation will be issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The RFQ will result in the award of a firm-fixed priced contract and will contain a period of performance of 90 days. The Contractor shall provide all skilled personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary for the site preparation, removal of existing carpet flooring, and installation of new tile and 4 in. base for an area of approximately 3,000 sq. ft.
