NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, FL intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on or about 08 June 2022 for On-Site Shredding Services for Multiple Locations in the Southeast Region. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The RFQ will result in the award of a firm-fixed priced contract and will contain a period of performance that consists of one (1) Base Year of 12 months and four (4), 12-month option years. The Contractor shall be responsible for onsite shredding services for documents and non-paper media to render Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data unreadable and unreconstructible. Types of material to be shredded or destroyed will consist of the following: a. Paper – white, colors, fax, glossy, invoice, laser, ledger, window envelopes and file folders, which may contain alligator clips, staples, paperclips, post it notes, tape or plastic tabs. b. Non Paper media – computer hard drives, videotape, compact discs, DVD’s, magazines with or without inserts, or other media received by a typical post office environment. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 561990 with a small business size standard of $12M. The RFQ will be available on or about 08 June 2022 on Contracting Opportunities Website at: https://www.sam.gov. It is the responsibility of interested parties to register Contracting Opportunities to download the synopsis, solicitation and subsequent amendments and all attachments. Offerors are encouraged to review the referenced websites frequently for updates. No paper copies of the RFQ, attachments or amendments will be provided.
