To upgrade three older pin pad coded style turnstiles GLN 23, GLN 25, and GLN 28, as well as one drive through gate GLN 27 to a physical access control system (ePACs system) pursuant to DoD Manual Guideline 5200.08 Rev. 3 at NAS Key West, Florida (Boca Chica Air Field) Fighter ramp.
