The twenty four insert assemblies, as per Electric Boat illustration drawing 3851/1-004 and nine (9) insert assembly, P/N 1025/2-005 and Teledyne drawing 17476-1005071 are required for SSGN/SSBN submarines to connect insert and hull penetration to the unit. The insert assemblies are carried in the Supply System and not onboard US submarine. A total of twenty four (24) hull penetration are being ordered to support this effort and 3 additional for upcoming inspection on the next submarine.
