NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, Florida intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) on or about 17 March 2022. The solicitation will be issued as a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. The period of performance will be between 31 March 22 and 30 September 22. The PSC Code is L099. The NAICS Code s 811310, with a size standard of 8,000,000 million dollars. The purpose of this acquisition is to provide Trident Refit Facility, located in Kings Bay, Georgia, with a repair services agreement to troubleshoot and repair a Lymco 4 inch CNC horizontal boring mill (Model HM110R2, Serial number 10604). The Lymco 4 inch CNC horizontal boring mill is used by Trident Refit Facilitys shop 31A to manufacture parts needed to support the repair of the Navys Trident Submarines. It is vital that this equipment functions properly so that needed parts can be produced to specifications in a timely manner, and allow submarine repairs to stay on schedule. The solicitation will be available on or about 17 March 2022 for download on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) Website at https://www.neco.navy.mil and BETA SAM Website at: https://www.sam.gov. The RFQ will include instructions for preparation of price quotes, the performance work statement, and evaluation criteria. It is the responsibility of interested parties to register with NECO and or BETA to download the synopsis, solicitation and subsequent amendments and all attachments. Offerors are encouraged to review the referenced websites frequently for updates. No paper copies of the RFP, attachments or amendments will be provided. No solicitation mailing list will be issued. System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov registration is mandatory. ONLY email requests for clarification to the Contract Specialist are acceptable. No phone call communications or personal office visits with NAVSUP FLCJAX or its internal or external customers regarding issues or questions pertaining to this procurement will be accepted for the duration of the solicitation, evaluation and award process.
