Equipment will replace existing monitoring system, which is obsol... 1.0 DESCRIPTION: Purchase and installation of complete two-camera/two-dvr/two-monitor surveillance system for monitoring prison cells. Equipment will replace existing monitoring system, which is obsolete and non-operational.2.0 PURPOSE: To restore and update ability to monitor/record prison cell suicide-watch activities and archive for later legal review/action.3.0 SPECIFIC TASK: Purchase and installation of two high-definition, fixed cell watch cameras, two DVR systems with monitors to remotely monitor/record two separate confinement cells from command control center (approximately 50-feet away from cells) in building 409, Pre-Trial Confinement Facility, NAS Jacksonville. Vendor will be responsible for removal of existing CCTV system, but not disposal. Cameras and DVRs should feature minimum 4-megapixel acuity and recording ability. Monitors shall at a minimum feature 21” diagonal screens and maximum 27” diagonal screens with 1920x1080 resolution. DVR should have capability to transfer data to storage media.
