NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, Florida intends to issue a Request for Quote on or about 20 January 2022. The solicitation will be issued as a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. The period of performance will be from 01 April 2022 through 31 March 2023 with four one year options and a six month extension in accordance with FAR 52.217-8. The PSC Code is U008. The NAICS Code is 611430, with a size standard of 12.0 millions of dollars. The purpose of this acquisition is to provide Advanced HME courses for of Center for Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Diving at NSEOD, Eglin AFB, Florida. The solicitation will be available on or about 20 January 2022 for download on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) Website at https://www.neco.navy.mil and SAM Website at https://www.sam.gov. The RFQ will include instructions for preparation of price quotes, the performance work statement, and evaluation criteria. It is the responsibility of interested parties to register with NECO and or BETA to download the synopsis, solicitation and subsequent amendments and all attachments. Offerors are encouraged to review the referenced websites frequently for updates. No paper copies of the RFP, attachments or amendments will be provided. No solicitation mailing list will be issued. System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov registration is mandatory. ONLY email requests for clarification to the Contract Specialist are acceptable.
