Notice of intent to Sole Source N6883622Q0026 – Kings Bay Dishwasher Lease The Naval Supply (NAVSUP) Systems Command, Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ), FL intends to issue a sole source award to Ecolab, Inc. using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, for the lease of this dishwasher system (with booster heater and includes maintenance and repair service). Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 for a Dishwasher Lease at Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay Galley. Ecolab, Inc. is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the dishwasher system aboard the Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay Galley. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 532490 with a small business size standard of $35,000,000.00. Interested contractors may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responsible sources may respond by submitting qualifications/capabilities of the company by 4:00 PM EST, Tuesday, 2 November 2021 to the Contract Specialist Crystal Elliott via email at crystal.g.elliott.civ@us.navy.mil for consideration by the agency. If no affirmative responses are received by 4:00 PM EST, Tuesday, 2 November 2021 to determine whether a qualified source is more advantageous to the Government, a purchase order will be negotiated and awarded to Ecolab, Inc.
