Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) is seeking sources to determine the availability of vendors that are capable of providing transportation, storage, delivery and quality assurance of Navy-owned JP-5 product in support of a proposed U.S. Naval Forces Southern Command (USNAVSO), U.S. FOURTH Fleet (FOURTHFLT) concept of operation (CONOP) for delivery of bulk JP-5 to San Juan/Ponce, PR for subsequent distribution into Navy ships as described in the DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) provided as an attachment.
