The purpose of this contract is to secure facilities, resources, and meals in order to conduct two (2) Chaplains Religious Enrichment Development Operation Southeast (CREDO SE) Marriage Enrichment Retreats (MER) at a 4-Star property with 150 miles distance from Joint Base Fort Sam Houston, TX. The CREDO Program requires a “4-Star Rating by Forbes or a 4-Diamond Rating by AAA” venue for retreats in support of its mission. The facility shall be suitable, appropriate, fitting and conducive for the purposes listed above. CREDO Program requires a Thursday check-in at 1500 for CREDO Staff and a late check out of 1300 requested for all room on Sunday after the retreat. MERs each host 33 total people. Eighteen (18) Guest Rooms are required: 15 rooms for participant couples and 3 rooms for CREDO SE. If these numbers fluctuate, CREDO SE will ensure the contractor is notified as soon as possible. The period of performance for the Marriage Enrichment Retreats shall be around 27 – 29 JANUARY 2023 and 2 – 4 JUNE 2023.
