This is a sources sought notice for Market Research purposes ONLY: The contractor will configure and install telecommunications and computer workstation hardware and software, provide computer room technical support, perform hardware and software training and maintain the necessary computer hardware and telecommunications equipment, data quality analysis for our command, network security for our command, and inventory/budget for IM equipment. The hardware must be installed and readily integrated into the local area network (LAN) and the wide area network (WAN). The purpose is to posture the infrastructure of hardware and telecommunications equipment to ensure the total success of DoD and installed medical information systems. Current workload provides customer support for over 460 users. Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) is seeking sources to determine if there are potentially qualified U.S Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a) businesses that are capable of providing IT Support Services as described in the DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) provided as an attachment. The potential North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) Code is 541513 Computer Facilities Management Services. Interested sources are invited to respond to this sources sought announcement by submitting the following: 1) Contractor Inforamtion: Provide your company name, address, POC name, phone number, email, CAGE code, DUNS number and NAICS. 2) Size of business - Large Business or Small Business. If small please provide the socioeconomic status. 3) If the services can be solicited from a General Services Administration (GSA) schedule contract vehicle or Open market. 4) A brief description of the capability, resources, technical competencies and organizational experience relative to the key task areas. Standard brochures and/or paraphrasing of the Draft PWS will not be considered sufficient to demonstrate the capabilities of an interested party.
