Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) is seeking sources to determine if there are potentially qualified U.S Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a), Service Disable Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), HUBZone Small Business, Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) and/or Small Business (SB) that are capable of providing Cold weather hood with mask as described in the Item Description below. ITEM DESCRIPTION Cold weather hood with mask:Waterproof, Universal, Fleece lining, twill main body, visor, rubber, used w/helmet National Stock Number; 8415-01-148-9083 The potential North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) Code is 315990-Apparel Accessories and Other Apparel Manufacturing Submission Requirements: Interested sources are invited to respond to this sources sought announcement by submitting the following: 1) Contractor Information: Provide your company name, address, POC name, phone number, email, CAGE code, DUNS number and NAICS. 2) Size of business - Large Business or Small Business. If small please provide the socioeconomic status. 3)If the services can be solicited from a General Services Administration (GSA) schedule contract vehicle or Open market. 4) A brief description of the capability, resources, technical specifications for this requirement.
