NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, Florida intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) on or about 09 September 2021. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% set-aside for small business. The delivery and installation with training period shall be 6 months after award. The FSC Code is 1730. The NAICS Code is 336413, with a size standard of 1250 employees. The purpose of this acquisition is to deliver an F-5 Aircraft Maintenance stand to VFC-111 Key west, Florida. The Contractor shall provide complete installation including labor, material, supervision, travel, assembly and administration, and provide operational training. The solicitation will be available on or about 09 September 2021 for download on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) Website at https://www.neco.navy.mil and SAM.GOV Website at: https://sam.gov/content/home the RFQ will include instructions for preparation of proposals, the performance work statement, and evaluation criteria. It is the responsibility of interested parties to register with NECO and or SAM.GOV to download the synopsis, solicitation and subsequent amendments and all attachments. Offerors are encouraged to review the referenced websites frequently for updates. No paper copies of the RFQ, attachments or amendments will be provided. No solicitation mailing list will be issued. System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov registration is mandatory. The SAM is the Official U.S. Government system that consolidated the capabilities of the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), On-Line Representations and Certifications (ORCA), and the Excluded Parties Lists System (EPLS). ONLY email requests for clarification to the Contract Specialist are acceptable. No phone call communications or personal office visits with FLCJAX or its internal or external customers regarding issues or questions pertaining to this procurement will be accepted for the duration of the solicitation, evaluation and award process.
