Notice of Intent to Sole Source SAUER COMPRESSORS USA (cage 1KWT0) Jacksonville, FL Notice of Intent to Sole Source: The Naval Supply (NAVSUP) Systems Command, Fleet Logistics Center (FLC), Jacksonville, FL intends to issue a sole source award utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Sauer Compressors USA (cage 1KWT0) for LCS WP121 Spare Parts Full Kit 12000 hour, Maintenance Interval Full Kit supplies for Southeast Regional Maintenance Center (SERMC). The Contractor shall provide delivery of 2 each of the required LCS Spare Parts Full Kit (Part Number: WP121-12KF-LCS). SAUER COMPRESSORS USA, is the only U.S. based OEM-authorized provider of the parts related to the SAUER manufactured parts installed on LCS vessels because they own the trademark and patent rights to the LCS Spare Parts Kit, confirmed in a letter submitted by the company dated 21 June 2021. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) code that this work falls under is 333413- Industrial and Commercial Fan and Blower and Air Purification Equipment Manufacturing, with a size standard of 500 employees. This notice of intent is for information purposes only. All sources eligible to meet this requirement must respond in writing. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence that clearly articulate the company’s ability to satisfy this requirement as outlined above. A request for documentation will not be considered as an affirmative response. If no responses are received within four (4) calendar days after publication of this notice, to demonstrate comparable capability, then a sole source acquisition award will be made.
