NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, Florida intends to issue a Request for Quest (RFQ) on or about 06 August 2021. The solicitation will be issued as a Full and Open. The delivery date will be no later than 28 February 2022. The PSC Code is 3695. The NAICS Code is 334519, with a size standard of 500 (# of employees). The purpose of this acquisition is to provide two retrofitted vertical dynamometers for the Trident Refit Facility (TRF), Kings Bay, GA. The solicitation will be available on or about 06 August 2021 for download on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) Website at https://www.neco.navy.mil and SAM Website at: https://www.sam.gov. The RFQ will include instructions for preparation of price quotes, the performance work statement, and evaluation criteria. It is the responsibility of interested parties to register with NECO and or SAM to download the synopsis, solicitation and subsequent amendments and all attachments. Offerors are encouraged to review the referenced websites frequently for updates. No paper copies of the RFQ, attachments or amendments will be provided. No solicitation mailing list will be issued. System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov registration is mandatory. ONLY email requests for clarification to the Contract Specialist are acceptable. No phone call communications or personal office visits with NAVSUP FLCJAX or its internal or external customers regarding issues or questions pertaining to this procurement will be accepted for the duration of the solicitation, evaluation and award process.
