This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. No funds are available to pay for preparation of responses to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this technical description is strictly voluntary. Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) is seeking sources to determine if there are potentially qualified U.S Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a), Service Disable Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), HUBZone Small Business, Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) and/or Small Business (SB) that are capable of providing Neoprene-Commercial Grade as described in the DRAFT Description Of Requirement (DOR) provided as an attachment. The potential North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) Code is 325212 Nitrile-Butadiene Rubber Manufacturing Submission Requirements: Interested sources are invited to respond to this sources sought announcement by submitting the following: 1) Contractor Information: Provide your company name, address, POC name, phone number, email, CAGE code, DUNS number and NAICS. 2) Size of business - Large Business or Small Business. If small please provide the socioeconomic status. 3) If the services can be solicited from a General Services Administration (GSA) schedule contract vehicle or Open market. 4) A brief description of the capability, resources, technical competencies and organizational experience relative to the key task areas. Standard brochures and/or paraphrasing of the Draft DOR will not be considered sufficient to demonstrate the capabilities of an interested party.
