The solicitation number is N6883621Q0199 and this solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The NAICS code is 811198 and the Small Business Standard is $8.0 million. The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Jacksonville Pensacola Office is soliciting quotes of companies to provide Emergency Vehicle Service and Repairs in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Offerors shall provide proposed price for each Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) and grand total for all CLINs. Line Item 0001: BASE YEAR EMERGENCY VEHICLE SERVICE and REPAIRS, 03 AUGUST 2021 TO 02 AUGUST 2022. Line Item 1001: OPTION YEAR ONE EMERGENCY VEHICLE SERVICE and REPAIRS, 03 AUGUST 2022 TO 02 AUGUST 2023. Line Item 2001: OPTION YEAR TWO EMERGENCY VEHICLE SERVICE and REPAIRS, 03 AUGUST 2023 TO 02 AUGUST 2024. Line Item 3001: OPTION YEAR THREE EMERGENCY VEHICLE SERVICE and REPAIRS, 03 AUGUST 2024 TO 02 AUGUST 2025. Line Item 4001: OPTION YEAR FOUR EMERGENCY VEHICLE SERVICE and REPAIRS, 03 AUGUST 2025 TO 02 AUGUST 2026. Period of Performance (POP) is a base years plus four (4) option years, as stated in the attached SOW. Only one award will be made under FAR Part 12 procedures.
