MARKET RESEARCH-- REQUEST FOR INFORMATION. NO SOLICITATION EXISTS. This advertisement serves to aid in determining market interest and capabilities for this prospective requirement. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE for Market Research purposes ONLY. This information will be used to determine the availability of vendors capable of meeting the Government’s minimum requirements and the availability of small businesses capable of providing this support. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) is conducting a market survey to determine the availability of contractors capable of providing AMAG Maintenance and Service Agreement support to the NAS Jacksonville, FL Electronic Security System. Professional services are required to provide maintenance and repair services, testing of equipment, connectivity of alarm and camera systems for the currently installed, AMAG Electronic Security Systems. It is anticipated that any resulting solicitation will be for a firm-fixed-price (FFP) with a NAICS code of 561621 and size standard of $22 Million. For further details, please see the attached draft Performance Work Statement with this Sources Sought Synopsis. Vendors possessing the requisite skills, resources and capabilities necessary to perform the stated requirements are invited to respond to this sources sought notice/request for information via the submission of a technical capabilities statement. Submissions should include the following information: (1) Vendor name, address, and point of contact with corresponding phone number and e-mail address. (2) DUNS number, Cage Code, business size and classification under NAICS 561621. (3) Capability statement displaying the vendor’s ability to provide the required services, to include past performance information. If past performance information is provided, please include only relevant past performance on the same/similar work within the last five (5) years. This relevant past performance information should identify the applicable contract number; total contract dollar amount; capacity performed (Prime or Sub); contract period of performance; description of the relevant services provided AND the relevancy of the services to the proposed requirement; and a customer point of contact with corresponding telephone number and e-mail address. (4) Feedback, if any, to the draft PWS, including suggestions that might enhance competition, improve the clarity of the requirement, or any other ideas that could result in an improved product. NOTE: Standard brochures and/or paraphrasing of the contents of this announcement will not be considered sufficient to demonstrate the capabilities of an interested party. The technical capabilities statement provided in response to this Sources Sought Notice is NOT to be considered a response to Request for Quote (RFQ) in that no RFQ exists at this time. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responses will not restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach or be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government will not pay for the information requested herein. Evaluation results will not be provided to contractors responding to this synopsis. No phone calls will be accepted.
