NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville is issuing this Sources Sought Notice to determine whether there are potential qualified Small Business concerns capable of providing Portable Load Banks (80KW/100KVA) for Trident Refit Facility (TRF), Kings Bay, Georgia. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. Additional detailed information is provided on the attached Draft Description of Requirement (DOR). As part of its market research, Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice (SSN) to determine the availability of contractors capable of fulfilling the Government’s requirements. The Government may use the responses to this SSN for information and planning purposes. The DOR draft describes only the currently contemplated possible scope of supplies and may vary from the work scope in a final DOR included in any Request for Quotes (RFQ). This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. Delivery Date: No later than December 31, 2021. It is anticipated that any resulting solicitation will be for a Firm- Fixed-Price (FFP) contract, with a Product Service Code (PSC) of 6150 and NAICS Code 335999 with a Size Standard of 500 employees. Offerors possessing the requisite skills, resources and capabilities necessary to perform the stated requirement are invited to respond to this SSN via the submission of a capability statement and details of the load banks offered. Please restrict all responses to non-proprietary information. Responses to this Sources Sought notice shall not exceed three (3)pages and shall be prepared using Times New Roman font no smaller than 12 point. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this Sources Sought Notice or any follow-up information requests. No telephone calls requesting a solicitation package will be accepted because there is no solicitation at this time In order to protect the procurement integrity of any future procurement, if any that may arise from this announcement, information regarding the Point of Contact (POC) will not be provided and no appointments for presentation will be made.
