This requirement is to establish repair and exchange service renewal for the existing Government owned equipment, LUCENT 5ESS to ensure continuous provision for repair and or exchange of defective customer owned hardware parts that support resident and tenant commands/organizations within the AOR of NCTAMS LANT N9 Jacksonville BCO Division. The place of performance will include Naval Air Station Jacksonville, FL Naval Station Mayport, FL and Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, GA. It is the Government’s intent to emphasize that the awardee MUST be an authorized reseller of ALCATEL-LUCENT per Section 3.1.3 of the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). In addition to being an authorized reseller of ALCATEL-LUCENT, the Government is seeking all Small Business concerns who meet the qualifications in accordance with PWS. Previous contract information: The previous contract number is N6883620P0026. Period of Performance: 01 November 2019 – 31 October 2020. The contractor is PVA, Inc., a Small Business Concern. The Period of Performance has been changed to 22 March 2021 – 21 July 2021 plus one-year option period. The purpose of this amendment is: 1) To correct line items 0001 and 1001. 2) To extend the due date of the solicitation to 1200, 18 Mar 2921.
