This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found at FAR 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N6883621Q0094 and this solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The small business standard for the associated NAICS code is 561621 with a size standard of $22M. The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Jacksonville Florida Pensacola Office is soliciting quotes of companies to provide maintenance and repair services for Electric Security System (ESS) Maintenance in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Offerors shall provide proposed price for each Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) and grand total for all CLINs. LINE ITEM 0001: BASE YEAR ELECTRIC SECURITY SYSTEM (ESS) MAINTENANCE - 01 APRIL 2021 TO 30 SEPTEMBER 2021. LINE ITEM 1001: OPTION YEAR ONE, ELECTRIC SECURITY SYSTEM (ESS) MAINTENANCE - 01 OCTOBER 2021 TO 30 SEPTEMBER 2022. LINE ITEM 2001: OPTION YEAR TWO, ELECTRIC SECURITY SYSTEM (ESS) MAINTENANCE - 01 OCTOBER 2022 TO 30 SEPTEMBER 2023. LINE ITEM 3001: OPTION YEAR THREE, ELECTRIC SECURITY SYSTEM (ESS) MAINTENANCE - 01 OCTOBER 2023 TO 30 SEPTEMBER 2024. LINE ITEM 4001: OPTION YEAR FOUR, ELECTRIC SECURITY SYSTEM (ESS) MAINTENANCE - 01 OCTOBER 2024 TO 30 SEPTEMBER 2025. Period of Performance (POP) is a base year plus four (4) option years, as stated in the PWS. Only one award will be made under FAR Part 12 procedures.
