NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, Florida intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) on or about 18 February 2021. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Section 8(a) Set-Aside. The period of performance will be from 01 April 2021 – 31 March 2022 with four one-year options. The PSC Code is J023. The NAICS Code is 811111, with a size standard of 8.0 (millions of dollars). The purpose of this acquisition is to provide automotive maintenance and repair services for Armored Fighting Vehicles (AFVs)in support of the Nuclear Weapons Security (NWS) mission, Strategic Weapons Facility Atlantic(SWFLANT)at Naval Submarine Base, Kings Bay, Georgia. The solicitation will be available on or about 18 February 2021 for download on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) Website at https://www.neco.navy.mil and BETA SAM Website at: https://www.betasam.gov. The RFQ will include instructions for preparation of price quotes, the performance work statement, and evaluation criteria. It is the responsibility of interested parties to register with NECO and or BETA SAM to download the synopsis, solicitation and subsequent amendments and all attachments. Offerors are encouraged to review the referenced websites frequently for updates. No paper copies of the RFQ, attachments or amendments will be provided. No solicitation mailing list will be issued. System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov registration is mandatory. ONLY email requests for clarification to the Contract Specialist are acceptable. No phone call communications or personal office visits with NAVSUP FLCJAX or its internal or external customers regarding issues or questions pertaining to this procurement will be accepted for the duration of the solicitation, evaluation and award process.
