No funds are available to pay for preparation of responses to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this technical description is strictly voluntary. This information will be used to determine the availability of contractors capable of meeting the Government’s minimum requirements. Telephone calls will not be accepted. Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) is seeking sources to determine if there are potentially qualified U.S Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a), Service Disable Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), HUBZone Small Business, Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) and/or Small Business (SB) that are capable of providing Cable TV and Wi-Fi Service as described in the DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) provided as an attachment. The potential North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) Code is 515210 Cable and Other Subscription Programming. Submission Requirements: Interested sources are invited to respond to this sources sought announcement by submitting the following: 1) Contractor Information: Provide your company name, address, POC name, phone number, email, CAGE code, DUNS number and NAICS. 2) Size of business - Large Business or Small Business. If small please provide the socioeconomic status. 3) If the services can be solicited from a General Services Administration (GSA) schedule contract vehicle or Open market. 4) A brief description of the capability, resources, technical competencies and organizational experience relative to the key task areas. Standard brochures and/or paraphrasing of the Draft PWS will not be considered sufficient to demonstrate the capabilities of an interested party. Those firms interested in providing information in response to this sources sought are requested to provide the above information to Dawn Bonner at dawn.r.bonner.civ@us.navy.mil by 4:00 pm EST, 21 June 2021. The subject line of the e-mail shall read: Cable TV and Wi-Fi Service-Sources Sought. Submissions shall not exceed five (5) single sided pages in length.
